All rates are in DKK including 25% VAT.

Arrival after 3 PM, departure by 10 AM applies to rental of Cabins.

Arrival after 12 o'clock noon, departure by noon applies to Caravans, Motorhomes and Tents.

On-line payment by credit card: We accept: Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Direct, Maestro. By online payment you will be asked to give you name, address and telephone number when placing your reservation.

If you have paid for your reservation online by credit card, you have a cancellation right of 14 days. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us in writing or by telephone at +45 51 51 81 15.

Confidentiality: We acknowledge and respect the significance of internet privacy. We will not disclose information on customers/users to any third party unless it is required in order to implement a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior consent.

Your payment slip or e-mail receipt is your proof of the rental agreement.

Tenants should bring along: Linen, towels and tea-towels. Alternatively, you may include a linen package when making your booking.



A cabin may be occupied only by the number of persons for whom it is intended.

During the rental period, the tenant is responsible for the rented property and is liable for any damage to the cabin or any of its furniture or fixtures. Any damage must be reported immediately to the manager for the purpose of settlement hereof prior to tenant's departure. Final cleaning is compulsory and the rate is 250 DKK for maxi cabins and 150 DKK for mini and midi cabins. When vacating, you are liable to leave both the cabin and its equipment in the same condition as when taking over.

The manager shall assume no liability in connection with any presence of vermin (ants, insects, wasps, hornets, etc.) in or around the cabin. The manager shall assume no liability for any sudden damage (malfunctioning installations, breakage, bursting, choked pipes, etc.), but will take care that any such damage will be repaired as early as possible after reporting.

Any complaints must be made as early as possible and not later than two hours after arrival. Any complaints reported at a later time (e.g. after vacating the cabin) shall not be recognised. In the event of late reporting, no claim for damages, price reduction, refund of part of the rent or otherwise shall be allowed on the part of the tenant.

Cancellation of the booking can be made only in writing by e-mail to Ærøskøbing Camping. In case of cancellation the following fees shall apply:

Any booking fee paid will not refunded.

If your booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking period, a fee of 50% of the total amount of rent will be payable.



The caravan must be movable and approved for towing on public roads. The caravan must be clean and appear well maintained. Caravans must always be positioned at a minimum distance of three metres between each pitch.

The Danish Camping Regulations and any rules in force shall be observed. The Manager's directions must be observed.

General rules/guidelines It is strictly prohibited to light any open fire on the site. Silence must be observed on the site between 11.00 PM and 07.00 AM.

Any disagreement between the manager and the tenant shall be settled under the general rules of Danish law. Any lawsuit shall be brought only before the court in Svendborg (the jurisdiction of the camping site), which shall be the venue.

Any increase in VAT and/or taxes is reserved.
